Monitoring Protocol for Retail
The Beef on Track team, along with supermarkets Big, GPA and Carrefour, have set up a series of meetings for December 2020 to start up what will be known as the Unified Monitoring Protocol for Retail Meat Suppliers. This document, when finalized, will be the basis for harmonizing the criteria that will guide the monitoring and traceability of beef from the Amazon, in line with the Monitoring and Audit Protocols for Cattle Suppliers.
